Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your flight ticket, you can do so by logging into your account on our website or reaching out to our customer service team. Refund eligibility depends on the type of ticket purchased and the cancellation timing:
Non-refundable tickets : You may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled within a specific time frame before departure.
Refundable tickets: You may receive a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Please note that some tickets may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Additionally, airline-imposed fees are non-refundable, and any modifications to your ticket may incur additional charges.
Flight Ticket Refund Policy
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you may be eligible for a refund. A full refund will be provided if cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours before departure. Refund amounts are subject to the airline’s policies, and our team will assist you in processing the request.
Some airlines may offer alternative travel options or vouchers instead of a refund. If this happens, we can help you with rebooking or using the voucher.
In cases where flight cancellations or delays occur due to external factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, refunds or compensation may not be available.
Our service fees associated with the original booking are non-refundable. Refunds depend on the suppliers, and once approved, they may take 60-90 days to reflect on your credit card statement. Suppliers may also charge penalties for refund processing.
Refund fees apply per ticket per traveler and are only charged if a refund has been approved by the supplier or a waiver has been granted. If a refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund any processing fees we charged but not the service fees associated with the original booking.
